There are 3 ways to track your order! 📦
📱From Apps:
You are able to check your order / purchase history from "Profile" > "See All" once you have logged into our apps (Image 1 to 3). From there, you may check on the order status and also download the receipt (Image 3)!

💻From Website:
You are able to check your order / purchase history from "My Orders” (Image 4) once you have logged in to your account. Do click on the Order Number and you may get further details of the parcel movement (Image 5)! You may also download the receipt by click " VIEW RECEIPT" (Image 5).

📧From Emails:
Our system will notified you the order status according to our Fulfilment Team process. You may refresh your inbox / spam / junk / promotions folder for the updates!
